Double Masters 2022 is an upcoming booster-based compilation set that is designed to be drafted. It will be released on July 8, 2022, and features the same elements as of the original Double Masters that was released in 2020. Each Draft Booster features two rare and/or mythic rare cards plus two foil cards. Many reprints feature new artwork. Every rare and mythic rare in the set has a foil-etched version, and select cards have a "textured foil" treatment. Double Masters 2022 is sold in 17-card Draft Boosters (one card being a marketing card), Draft Packs and Collector Boosters. A special Draft rule is in place: players must take two cards for their first pick each pack.
